DNA Reference Library

This subcommittee is focused on generating a curated DNA reference sequence library to be used by researchers across the state to aid in taxonomic identification of priority taxa.

Interactive Map of DNA Sampling Locations

This subcommittee is focused on generating an interactive map of DNA sampling locations across the State. This map will help researchers identify where, when, and how other research teams are sampling organisms of interest, thereby providing opportunities for interaction and collaboration.

DNA Protocols

This subcommittee is focused on generating a catalog of DNA sampling and analytical protocols that can serve as reference materials for statewide researchers and agencies. These protocols will include sampling of water, soil, biofilms, performing DNA extractions, and analyzing and interpreting DNA sequence data.
